Salt Dough Art

4th and 5th graders in Ms. Reyes's classroom created their own modeling clay called Salt Dough and used it to build Landform models.

Engineering Rocket Launchers

3rd grade students in Mrs. Colon's class designed and tested their Force machines to launch rockets.

Balance and Symmetry

Sumerian Cuneiform

Students use Clay Art techniques in Mr. Spilman's 6th grade classroom to create Sumerian Cuneiform script, the world's oldest writing system who's origin traces back to Mesopotamia (now Iraq) in 8,000 BC.

VEX Robotics

Students in Mr. Corona's and Mr. Hiroto's Robotics Club work together to design and build a complex robotic system of parts and gears to compete in the LAUSD EAST ROBOTICS LEAGUE.
